A decision needs to be made

Saw Dr. Holding yesterday and she said that she could fill in, push up and pinch my dog ears to make me look sexy.

Being real: tells me I have had enough surgeries and happy being uneven and alive.
Being unreal: can we ever be satisfied with the way we look?

My mind tells me that I'm tired of surgery and the additional cost.....I just don't know.
Appointment is in January,  I have plenty of time to think about it........
